HOW TO GET to Blue Ocean Camp?

It is necessary to use a car.
From the north of the island: You must reach the village of San Nicolás de Tolentino and from there take the journey toward Mogán on the GC-200 until you reach the GC-204 where you have to turn right in the direction of Tasartico.
From the south of the island: You must head toward the village of Mogán and drive along Take the GC-200 northeast until you reach the GC-204 where you have to turn left in the direction of Tasartico.

After reaching the village of Tasartico, you will have to go along the dirt road that goes down the entire ravine of Tasartico. It takes another 15 minutes to get to the Blue Ocean Camp - Tasartico.

Is there a shuttle service?

Yes, in advance:
- Airport: 30€ per person per way, minimum 2 people.
- Puerto de Mogán: 15€ per person per way, minimum 2 people.
- Cruce de Tasartico: 5€ per person per journey, minimum 2 people

Is there access to the Internet - WiFi?

Blue Ocean Camp offers free internet in practically all accommodations and public areas. Internet coverage is by satellite – it doesn't have fiber quality like home. WhatsApp and social media such as Facebook, Instagram, etc., work seamlessly. No mobile coverage

When can you enter (Check-In) and at what time do you have to leave (Check-Out) the accommodation?

Check-In from 15:00 to 23:00.
Check-Out from 08:00 to 12:00.
There is possibility of late Check-Out depending on availability. Check conditions at reception.

Can I cancel my booking?

Book easily:
For bookings in Cabañas, Mini Cabañas, Hostel, and Camping Pitches: The customer can cancel free of charge up to 1 day before the arrival date. 
The client will have to pay the price of the first night if he cancels the day before the arrival date
For bookings in Eco-Domes and Campervan XXL: The customer can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before the arrival date.
The customer will have to pay the price of the first night if the booking is canceled after the indicated deadlines or if he/she does not show up.
If the client wants to change the date during the non-free cancellation period, the total amount of the reservation will be charged and a gift voucher will be issued.
In the event of an unforeseen departure, the establishment reserves the right to charge the total amount of the original reservation as a penalty.

Electricity - Is it available on Camping Plots?

Eco-Domes, Huts and Hostel: There is running light 24 hours.
We are committed to an environmentally friendly solar system, we ask for your cooperation:
Mobile phones and electronic devices can be charged in the USB sockets of the Camping plots, inside the restaurant, and on the restaurant terrace.

Camping Plots: Phones and electronic devices can be charged via USB plugs.  220V electricity is restricted 24 hours.

Cabañas and Camper Van XXL: There is no electricity from 23:30 to 8:00 (in the camper the cut affects only the electric sockets).

It is not allowed to charge the batteries of vans or the use of devices that consume a lot of electricity (refrigerators, electric irons, hair dryer, etc.).

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Can I come with my baby and how much does it cost?

Infants and children up to 5 years old stay free of charge, as long as no extra bed is needed. If you want to use one of our cots, please request it in advance and we provide it free of charge depending on availability. If the child eats in the restaurant it is an extra charge.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, dogs or cats are allowed in all accommodations except the Hostel.

- Pets are not allowed in the pool area and inside the restaurant.
- Pets must be under control or tied, always accompanied by their managers and their needs must be collected by their responsible.

Where are the shared bathrooms (Plots, Mini Cabañas and Hostel only)?
 

The service block is located in the building up to the end of the main street and features showers, toilets and a sink area.

There are toilets located between the reception and the restaurant.

Do I have to bring towels?
 

Free towels are provided to each guest from Eco-Domo, Cabaña, Campervan XXL and the private room at the Hostel. 
all other guests can rent towels at a price of 2 Euros.

What products does the Mini Market sell? Do I have to carry ice or charcoal?
 

In the Mini Market you can buy basic products, all kinds of drinks (from the bar), sweet and savory snacks, ice, charcoal, etc.
