HOW TO GET to Blue Ocean Camp?

It is necessary to use a car.
From the north of the island: You must reach the village of San Nicolás de Tolentino and from there take the journey toward Mogán on the GC-200 until you reach the GC-204 where you have to turn right in the direction of Tasartico.
From the south of the island: You must head toward the village of Mogán and drive along Take the GC-200 northeast until you reach the GC-204 where you have to turn left in the direction of Tasartico.

After reaching the village of Tasartico, you will have to go along the dirt road that goes down the entire ravine of Tasartico. It takes another 15 minutes to get to the Blue Ocean Camp - Tasartico.

What to do inside the Blue Ocean Camp?

Inside the Blue Ocean Camp you can enjoy:

Is there access to the Internet - WiFi?

Blue Ocean Camp offers free internet in practically all accommodations and public areas. Internet coverage is by satellite – it doesn't have fiber quality like home. WhatsApp and social media such as Facebook, Instagram, etc., work seamlessly. No mobile coverage.

When can you enter (Check-In) and at what time do you have to leave (Check-Out) the accommodation?

* Deposit for keys.

Check-In from 14:00 to 22:00.
Check-Out from 08:00 to 11:00.
There is possibility of early Check-In and late Check-Out depending on availability. Check conditions at reception.

Early Check-In: Camping Pitches 5€ each.

Late Check-Out

  • Camping Pitches and Mini Cabañas: 5€ each. 
  • EcoDomes, Camper Van XXL, House Villa and Cabañas: 15€ each.

* A 5€ deposit for keys will be required on the Check In. It will be returned on the Check Out (cash).

Can I cancel my booking?

- Non-refundable bookings:
Bookings made in this way are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The total amount will be charged upon confirmation of the booking and will not be refunded if the client cancels, changes or no-shows.

- Refundable bookings:
For reservations made through our website www.BlueOceanCamp.com:
The guest may cancel or modify their reservation free of charge more than 3 days before the arrival date. The guest will be charged the price of the first night if they cancel after the indicated deadline or in case of a no-show.

Direct bookings not processed through the website (email, WhatsApp, phone call, etc.) must be confirmed with advance payment via bank transfer or Bizum. In any case, payment for the first night is non-refundable.

Reservations made through other platforms are subject to these terms and, subsidiarily, to those of the external platform (Booking.com, Airbnb, Pitchup, or others).

If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled day or fails to notify us in advance of a late arrival, the reservation will be cancelled and the corresponding penalty will apply without exceptions. This penalty cannot be exchanged for another stay or service under any circumstances.

In the event of an unexpected early departure, the establishment reserves the right to charge the full amount of the original reservation as a penalty.

Group reservations: For groups of more than 8 people, a deposit between €100 and €200 will be charged to cover potential damages and to ensure compliance with the rules. If the rules are respected, this deposit will be fully refunded upon departure. If there are complaints from other guests, the deposit will not be refunded.

Blue Ocean Camp declines responsibility for guest-related circumstances beyond the establishment’s control (such as organization, information, personal situations, or any other issue not justifiable with an official report).
By making a reservation, the guest accepts all applicable conditions and declares that they are responsible for informing themselves independently about the terms, policies, and relevant information regarding their booking and the establishment.

What times are breakfast, lunch and dinner served in the restaurant?

- Breakfast: from 8:30 to 10:30

- Lunch: from 13:30 to 15:30

- Dinner: from 19:00 to 21:00

Electricity - Is it available on Camping Plots?

Eco-Domes, Camper Van XXL, Cabañas, Huts and House: There is running light 24 hours.

Camping Plots: Phones and electronic devices can be charged via USB plugs. .

We are committed to an environmentally friendly solar system, we ask for your cooperation:
Mobile phones and electronic devices can be charged in the USB sockets of the Camping plots, inside the restaurant, and on the restaurant terrace. Charging of van batteries and the use of appliances that consume too much electricity (fridges, electric irons, hairdryers, etc.) is not allowed.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can I bring my pet to Blue Ocean Camp?

Pets are not allowed in Blue Ocean Camp.

Can I come with my baby and how much does it cost?

Infants and children up to 5 years old stay free of charge, as long as no extra bed is needed. If you want to use one of our cots, please request it in advance and we provide it for a small fee of 10€ (depending on availability). If the child eats in the restaurant it is an extra charge.

Where are the shared bathrooms (Plots, Mini Cabañas and Hostel only)?
 

The service block is located in the building up to the end of the main street and features showers, toilets and a sink area.

There are toilets located between the reception and the restaurant.

Do I have to bring towels?
 

Free towels are provided to each guest from Eco-Domo, Cabaña, Campervan XXL and the House Villa
All other guests can rent towels at a price of 2 Euros.

What does the Romantic Pack and Happy Birthday Pack include?

Our Packs include themed decorations and a bottle of white wine / red wine or cava. Price: 35€
